 MRouse Designs  has been in the architectural business since 1981 with residential design projects ranging from 1000 S.F. to well over 15000 S.F. While we do excel and specialize in large residential projects, we have also done numerous light commercial projects through the years. Ranging from small strip centers to various medical facilities as well as select remodel projects, space planning projects and multi-family projects. We can also provide paper to CAD conversions and contract labor services if needed. Our innovative and cost effective approach to design, allows us to provide the most functional and architecturally appealing designs possible for our clients. When working with individuals or builders, our knowledge of construction and detailing becomes very important to understanding conceptual design and it’s relationship to budget requirements. We believe that one-on-one client contact, combined with curb appeal, originality, functional planning and maintaining budget requirements must be part of the total overall design process.
